This wall-mounted drip rain tester excels in its minimal footprint, effectively conserving space within the testing environment. Its impressive vertical space efficiency renders it an ideal choice for conducting tests in confined areas.

• The equipment is fixed on the wall by expansion screws, which is firm and durable⁵.
• The drip board is made of stainless steel, with 0.4mm needle nozzles evenly distributed(the water level is invisible).
• The drip board can be lifted by screw rod, and has a photoelectric detection switch, which can stop falling at a distance of 200mm from the sample.
• A protective cover is installed under the drip board to protect personnel from being hurt by the nozzle.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding⁶.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁷.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, safety shield protection.
• The whole rack is fixed by expansion screws against the wall, and the level of drip board is not affected by the ground.
• The bottom of the drip plate is installed with a mesh shield, which can effectively protect people from contacting the needle nozzle, avoiding injuries and preventing deformation of the needle nozzle.
• The bottom turntable is made of stainless steel, which can support power test and is equipped with 220V/10A sample power supply as standard.
• Adjustment of flow: conventional glass flowmeter adjustment, optional sensors, so that the data is displayed on the touch screen.

5 The equipment needs to be fixed with expansion screws on the wall. If the laboratory does not have this condition, it is recommended to replace it with other models.

7 At present, only Chinese and English interfaces are supported; if other languages are introduced, the software can be updated remotely.

8 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; if you need to export the test data, you can choose a flow sensor.

9 The data is calculated based on the dripping area, IPX1:0.8×0.8×(0.001-0.0015)=.00064-0.00096m³/min(that is 0.64-0.96L/min). When reading the flowmeter, the second digit after the decimal point is the estimated reading data, not accurate data; if the user is concerned about the accuracy of the data, a flow sensor can be selected through negotiation.

10 200mm is the distance from the nozzle to the sample specified in the standard, and the user needs to adjust the height of the drip board to meet the distance requirement.

11 The user needs to prepare an air compressor in advance (recommended gas storage capacity > 40L). If you need us to buy it on your behalf, you need to explain in advance.
