Designed to replicate realistic rainfall conditions, the
specialized UL rain testing apparatus evaluates the water
resistance capabilities of products. It adheres to the strict
guidelines laid down by Underwriters Laboratories, featuring
customizable spray nozzles and precise management of test
parameters like duration, force, and inclination. This
comprehensive testing process sheds light on a product's ability to

- The device consists of two parts: rain test device (3 nozzles),
splash test device (1 nozzle).
- Casters (with brakes) are mounted at the bottom, which is
convenient for users to move and fix the device.
- The height of the spray rack can be freely adjusted by using
pulleys for lifting.
- Each nozzle is individually equipped with a pressure gauge, which
can independently display the current spray pressure.
- Each nozzle has a separate ball valve to adjust the current spray
pressure.
- The nozzle spacing is fixed according to standard requirements and
cannot be adjusted.
- Rain-test spray nozzles are adopted from Underwriters Laboratories,
which meets the standard requirements.

Usage Scenario:

replicated rainfall scenarios, the UL Rain Test Apparatus boasts a
broad range of applicability. It finds its place in assessing
outdoor lighting solutions, electrical housings, photovoltaic
panels, automotive elements, as well as any devices meant for
service in damp surroundings.
Installation requirements:
- Aisle: Before the equipment enters the factory, please confirm that
the space in the aisle, elevator, laboratory, etc. of the factory
area is sufficient for the equipment to pass through.
- Water source: Please prepare clean water source.
- Site space:≥W2000×D2600×2500mm
- Users are required to prepare a separate space with drainage
channels, and the ground and walls should be waterproofed.
