- The device consists of two parts: rain test device (3 nozzles),
splash test device (1 nozzle).
- Casters (with brakes) are mounted at the bottom, which is

- The height of the spray rack can be freely adjusted by using
pulleys for lifting.
- Each nozzle is individually equipped with a pressure gauge, which
can independently display the current spray pressure.
- Each nozzle has a separate ball valve to adjust the current spray
pressure.
- The nozzle spacing is fixed according to standard requirements and
cannot be adjusted.
- Rain-test spray nozzles are adopted from Underwriters Laboratories,
which meets the standard requirements.

Usage Scenario:
The UL Rain Test Apparatus is designed for assessing the water
resistance and durability of electrical products, components, and
systems under simulated rainfall conditions. It finds applications
in diverse scenarios, including outdoor lighting fixtures,
electrical enclosures, solar panels, automotive parts, and any
equipment intended for use in wet environments.
Installation requirements:
- Aisle: Before the equipment enters the factory, please confirm that
the space in the aisle, elevator, laboratory, etc. of the factory
area is sufficient for the equipment to pass through.
- Water source: Please prepare clean water source.
- Site space:≥W2000×D2600×2500mm
- Users are required to prepare a separate space with drainage
channels, and the ground and walls should be waterproofed.
