The test chamber is equipped with a sample power socket (AC220, 10A), and the sample power on and off time can be controlled by program.

7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages

The base of the machine is equipped with 4 movable brake castors for easy movement and fixation.

It is made of stainless steel and is durable.

This chamber is mainly used to test the waterproof level of the shell of lamps, household appliances, electronic products, etc. by simulating the environmental conditions such as high-pressure spraying water.After the test, check and determine whether the waterproof level of the product shell meets the requirements, so as to facilitate enterprises to improve product design and factory inspection..

1. Are you manufacturer? Do you offer after-sales service? How can i ask for that?

Yes, We are one of the professional manufacturers of waterproof and dustproof test equipment in China. Every machines purchasing from our factory has 12 months warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance. while considering of sea transportation,we can extend 2 months for our customers.In the period of warranty,we may offering the parts replacements,repairing and technique support,necessaryly,our engineer may go to the local country to service.

If your machine doesn’t work, you can send us an E-mail or call us we will try our best to find the problem through our
conversation or by video chat if neccesary. Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48hours.

2. What's the delivery term ?
For our standard machine which means normal machines, we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines) If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.

3.Do you accept customization service? Can i have the LOGO on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4. How can i install and use the machine?

Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation video in English version through Email. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.

5. what languages are supported?
The factory standard equipment supports bilingual Chinese and English. Other languages can be customized according to the needs of users.
